The project

Prototype of HPC/Data Infrastructure for On-demand Services

The project aims to provide access to services to increase the High-Performance Computing (HPC).

Contributions

1. Benchmark for the data reading using different formats
2. Development of Pluto notebooks running on HPC
3. Participation to the webinars
4. Beta-test of the data API developed by MARIS partner
5. DIVAnd application for the Use Case 3 “Ocean”

Results

• Creation of a Singularity container for (Julia + DIVAnd)
• Deployment of DIVAnd on a HPC infrastructure
• Creation of new products for EMODnet Chemistry
